After eight years of meticulous planning and passion, we drew inspiration from the "Night Revels of Han Xizai" painting to create our captivating decor. Our site not only revives the culinary art of a prosperous era but also aims to be a communal space fostering bonds and emotional connections.
The Concept
We seek to capture the grace and affluence of Song Dynasty scholars by showcasing refined elements such as tea ceremonies, floral arrangements, utensils, beverages, and gourmet dishes. Our presentation is inspired by ancient scripts, blending tradition with fresh, creative touches.
We offer minimalist tableware to enhance the dining experience, encouraging a deeper appreciation of understated elegance. The Journey
The Song Dynasty, often termed a golden age, was a period of prosperity and cultural richness. Its enduring legacy reflects a thriving culture and is seen as the pinnacle of aesthetic evolution.
Our Dai Jin concept draws inspiration from Song Dynasty scholars, especially Gu Hongzhong's iconic "Night Revels of Han Xizai" artwork. This painting, renowned for its erudite aesthetics, forms the basis of our dining experience.
